Navigation Added

Added navigation tabs *points at the upper left of the screen* I wanted em to look good and be relatively small (hence the lack of text) but I also wanted them to be clear enough not by feel like mystery meat navigation.

Input is highly appreciated.

Removed the moderation requirement (I think), had this site up for ages but it’s only recently that I started putting proper time into it, also got MySQL running on the server which made wordpress possible, got a phpbb3 forum running also but I’m dubious about using it, this seems more than enough.
